Travelling from the UK? A type H adaptor will allow you to connect your UK (type G) plugs to a type H socket.
For Use in: Israel and Gaza (3 Pin earthed).
Compatibility
Compatible with: Type H sockets only. Type C plugs are compatible with type H sockets although their pins are slightly smaller than the type H plugs (4mm vs 4.5mm). Type E & F plugs have partial compatibility as they can often be made to fit but the body of some plugs may not fit within the recess of some of the type H sockets.

Yes, they are cross compatible and can be used safely although the type C pins are slightly smaller than type H plugs (4mm vs 4.5mm). Type C plugs are 2 pin (unearthed) and are therefore not suitable for connecting earthed appliances.
